In 2018 there will be a number of new EU directives and regulation implemented by various regulatory bodies , all of which will have some impact on clients , investors and advisers – we will be keeping you up to date on these as they develop and come to fruition.
The first one of these , Mifid 2 as it’s known , will come into effect on 3rd January 2018 and The Principal of Beacon , David Vacani was recently asked, with others, by International Adviser magazine on his opinion on this legislation
